Informal Review and Grievance
Informal review applications may be submitted to the assessor anytime prior to the filing of the tentative assessment roll. After the tentative roll has been filed, the RP-524 compliant form must be submitted for any hearing or reveiw. The informal review application may accompany the grievance application as supporting documentation

If you are not satisfied with the assessor‘s determination as a result of the informal review or the tentative assessment of your property, you may file a complaint form (PR-524) for a hearing before the board of assessment review. For expedited processing, applications should be submitted to the assessor‘s office no later than Friday May 22nd., but shall be accespted up until Grievance Day on a first come first serve basis.
